Love tennis for the fun and exercise.
Enjoy higher cardio from 2-hour or
3-hour rally sessions compared to
score-keeping. Sometimes play
tiebreakers or set for players wanting
added competitiveness. Play style
tends to be all-court. Some serve 'n'
volley to mix things up. Like
constructing points, approach shots,
moving in for volley/overhead, leaning
in to forehands/backhands, slicing from
either wing and variety of service
spins/speeds/placements. Enjoy
rallying, with serve/return practice,
more than playing sets. I put as much
effort and running during rallying as
when keeping score. close
