I'm looking to play regularly this
summer. Non-to-semi-competitive,
set/match play works for me. I think you
get the best workout when you play in
the structure of the game and push
yourself. I use tennis as my exercise
now that I'm getting older (40). I
played tennis in high school and picked
it back up again when I moved to TO a
year ago from Brooklyn, where it was
difficult to get access to courts. I'm
skilled but struggle with consistency. I
work from home so weekday afternoons,
weekday mornings can work. Weekend
mornings are also good. I was closed out
of a number of clubs this summer and am
looking for a few regular hitting
